When you place an order or contact us, we collect the following:
We do not handle or store your full card number. Payment is processed entirely by Stripe. We only see a confirmation that a payment was made successfully.
When a customer taps one of our stickers, our system records a tap count and whether the tap resulted in a positive or negative rating selection. We do not collect the customer's name, contact details, or any written review text from that interaction. No personal information about your customers is stored on our end.
If you use the contact form on our website, that message is delivered to us through Formspree. We receive whatever you typed into the form.

The TapRater website itself does not set tracking or advertising cookies. When you proceed to Stripe's checkout, Stripe may set its own cookies as part of their payment flow. Please refer to Stripe's privacy policy for details on those.
We keep your account and order information for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping and support purposes. Tap count data is kept to provide your monthly reports and historical stats.
You have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction if something is wrong, or ask us to delete your data. To exercise any of these, email us at dylan@taprater.ca and we will respond promptly.
We aim to handle your personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). If you believe your privacy rights have been affected, you can also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
